No. PharmaDiagrams runs entirely in your browser — no downloads, no plugins, no setup. Just sign up and start creating.

Everything stays. Your diagrams, data tables, and revision history remain intact. Any open approval workflows remain until completed, and the audit trail limits to the last 10 actions, but nothing is deleted.

The symbol library includes 530+ symbols compliant with ISA-5.1 and ISO 10628 — the standards used across pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing.

Yes. If you need a symbol that isn't in our library, let us know. We regularly expand our collection based on user requests and can prioritize additions for Enterprise customers.

Share diagrams with your team via email or link. Multiple users can view the same diagram simultaneously, and all changes are saved with version history so you can track who changed what and when.

Yes. Currently you can export diagrams as XML files. We're actively working on adding PNG, SVG, and PDF export support — coming soon. Enterprise users will also be able to export complete documentation packages.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and regular third-party audits. Enterprise customers can choose their data residency region (US or EU) and enable SSO.

The free version includes the full editor with all symbols, data tables, version control, and collaboration. Enterprise adds formal approval workflows, complete audit trails, electronic signatures (21 CFR Part 11 compliant), SSO integration, and dedicated support.

You can upgrade directly from your account settings. Click "Upgrade to Enterprise" and complete checkout with a credit card. Your Enterprise features activate immediately. For invoicing, purchase orders, or multi-year agreements, contact our sales team.

The editor is designed to be intuitive, and we're working on documentation and video tutorials that will be available soon. Enterprise customers receive dedicated onboarding sessions and priority support.
